Tobijo Denis S Moses is the Technical Advisor for the Rescue Initiative - South Sudan (TRI-SS - a national NGO in South Sudan). In this role, Mr Moses is responsible for the strategic technical oversight for all the TRI-SS’ Health Programmes in South Sudan. 

With specialization in Public Health and significant field experience in reputable organizations including Mercy Corps, Action Against Hunger (ACF) and Universal Network for Knowledge and Empowerment - Mr Moses has built an enviable professional profile as a key national voice in Public Health service delivery Saving Lives. He represents TRI-SS in the South Sudan Health Cluster as a member of the Strategic Advisory Group (SAG), South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF) Advisory Board (AB), and NNGO Steering Committee (NGO Forum).
