Susan Lado is a Senior Fragility and Resilience Officer at the African Development Bank. Before joining the African Development Bank, Susan was a Consultant at the World Bank Group, where she worked on enhancing access to finance in Africa. She has extensive experience in the areas of private sector development, access to finance in capital markets, growth and inequality, policy analysis, and development economics. Susan holds an MSc in International Development (Merit) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. A BA (Honors) in International Relations (Distinction) from the University of Pretoria, and a BA in International Relations (Distinction) also from the University of Pretoria.
