Moses is a highly experienced Supply Chain Management and Institutional Governance Specialist with over 27 years of professional experience in strategic procurement, logistics, value chain development, sustainability, institutional strengthening, and corporate governance.
He brings more than 17 years of senior management experience and over 6 years in board and governance leadership roles across private sector organizations and professional regulatory institutions. Since 2011, he has concurrently served as an Independent Consultant specializing in supply chain and value chain management.
Moses has undertaken a couple of international and regional consulting assignments / engagements involving institutions such as UNCTAD, USDA, AfDB (IGAD/ICPAC), European Union/Centre for Development Enterprise (EU/CDE), USAID-supported programs, International Trade Centre (ITC), Overseas Advisory Group (OAG-Cameroon) and Mercury Consulting FZCO (Dubai). His consulting work has focused on supply chain transformation, supplier development, agricultural and climate-smart value chains, SME competitiveness, procurement efficiency and effectiveness, sustainability and ESG systems, institutional diagnostics, and export readiness under AfCFTA integration.
In governance leadership, Moses served as Council Member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) from 2020-26, where he chaired the Registration & Licensing Committee for five years and the Kenya College of Supply Chain Management (KCSCM) for two years. He also served on the Corporate Affairs Committee overseeing Finance, HR, ICT, Legal, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions. He has been a member of the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) Amnesty International and KEPSA Member, Sector-Board on environment, water and natural resources.
