Global Lead – UN Peace Operations & Humanitarian Field Strategy, AWS

Jordan Robert leads Peace Operations and Humanitarian Field Strategy at Amazon Web Services (AWS), developing technological solutions to enhance humanitarian aid and peacekeeping operations globally. Holding degrees in Statistics, Management, and an MBA in Strategy from Japan University, he brings a unique data-driven approach to humanitarian technology. 

In his current role, Jordan pioneered AWS's first peace operations and humanitarian value proposition through extensive field research and direct collaboration with United Nations personnel. By employing a bottom-up approach, Jordan successfully translated field-level challenges into practical technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen UN staff security, and improve support for affected populations. Previously, he managed AWS's relationship with the UN Secretariat in New York and led the French NGO sector operations. His international experience spans across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia, enabling him to develop effective cross-cultural solutions for complex humanitarian challenges.
