Elvis Ogweno is FHI 360’s Roving Crisis Response and Resilience Specialist and the Response Manager for FHI 360’s flagship humanitarian program in Northern Nigeria. Elvis has humanitarian response experience in twenty-seven countries - in the world’s most challenging operating environments - leading teams in the healthcare, WASH, nutrition, and protection sectors. His expertise is in the areas of humanitarian assistance, resilience-building, and development program management. 

With extensive expertise across operations, logistics, supply chain management, public health, and combat paramedicine, Elvis brings deep experience in security consulting for hostile environments. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening the capacity of national NGOs, supporting government institutions and enhancing community resilience to drive sustainable, long-term impact.
