Elise is a dedicated and accomplished professional in the humanitarian and development sector. Currently holding the position of East Africa Hunger Crisis Advocacy and Campaigns Manager, Elise brings over 12 years of experience in leading impactful projects and driving strategic initiatives.

Having worked in Africa and the Middle East on Advocacy and Communications, Elise has successfully engaged in humanitarian and recovery responses, usually focusing on rights and resilience issues in some of the most demanding contexts, including Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan, Iraq, and Yemen.

Elise holds a Master in Law (LLM) from the School of Oriental and African Studies and has completed rigorous policy advocacy and disaster management training. Known for her collaborative and proactive approach, Elise is committed to fostering sustainable development and humanitarian aid.
