
Amude Victoria Mogga Kenyi
Executive Director, Heartright Development Foundation (HDF)
Amude Victoria is currently working for a women refugee led organization called Heartright Development Foundation (HDF) - South Sudan. She studied social science, majoring in social work and social Administration from Uganda Christian University Mukono with an award of Diploma currently upgrading. Her journey started with a desire to bridge societal gaps and empower marginalized people in the communities.
She is focused on Humanitarian work, specifically empowering women and girls who are vulnerable and marginalized in most communities/societies. This can be done through Life skills, Education, Livelihood projects in South Sudan. Therefore, she’s worked with different Agencies both national and international those includes IRC Uganda, Zoa South Sudan, IPCS, ERP and also served in different fields of work i.e Gender/Child protection, Education etc.
Amude is looking forward to having innovative training programs, mentorship initiatives and strategies partnership to empower under privileged youth with skills and confidence to break the cycle of poverty. Hence her early experiences working with local NGOs fuelling her passion for driving sustainable change and adjust to donor.
